Zsa's Gourmet Ice Cream is a small batch producer of classic and original artisanal ice cream treats. We sell our flavors by the pint and by the cup; and, sandwiched between our own gourmet cookies and baked goods. 

We are a mobile ice cream shop/stand, that brings delicious treats to various farmers' markets and events in the Philadelphia/Montgomery County area. We are also more than happy to accept large orders (with at least a week's notice) and provide dessert for your special occassions.

    As much as we strive to create new dishes, we pay homage to tradition. Our sauces & marinades are based on the holy trinity of Chinese cooking: ginger, soy sauce and spring onions. 

    Meatballs made the way our grandmothers taught. Our scrambled eggs with tomato is as Taiwanese as it gets. It will make you homesick! It will make you cry out for your gong-gong and pau-pau! Um, that is if you are Taiwanese. Even if you’re not, come out and taste what all the fuss is about!

    Pitruco is a brick oven wood-fired pizza place on wheels. We make our 11” personal-sized pizzas from scratch to order. 

    Our trailer can be found during lunchtime at various locations in the Center City area, as well as at your special event in the Philly area. 
    Pitruco is happy to cater your next event; our mobile trailer fits conveniently in a reasonably sized driveway.

    The Smoke Truck
